south Korea is one of the fastest changing societies in the world. this session will explore the role of leadership and<br />
communications in south Korea, focusing on the mediating effect of trust on the transformation of the organizations.<br />
Authentic <strong>Leadership</strong> and Organizational Outcomes: The Mediating Effect of Trust<br />
leaders' ethical behavior involves two distinctive but closely related leadership styles: ethical and authentic leadership.<br />
this paper uses the model developed by walumbwa et al. (2008) to examine how ethical and authentic leadership lead to<br />
positive organizational outcomes in Korean companies, by adding trust as a mediating variable between leadership and<br />
the outcomes.<br />
