Stakeholders’ engagement Our philosophy ABIL recognises that all companies operate in a context where social, political, economic, environmental, legal and regulatory factors can directly or indirectly impact on how business is conducted. It is therefore important that we develop and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders to inform the business, manage expectations and reputational risks and to continuously improve the alignment between the group and its key stakeholders. The stakeholder groups below have been identifi ed on the basis of the extent to which they are affected by the operations and decisions of the group, as well as their ability to infl uence the performance or strategic direction of the group.
