I on my word of honor, in quality of a Grand<br />
Elect, Perfeet and Sublime Mason, do promise and swear<br />
in the presenee of the Great Architect of the Universe<br />
and of this respectable Court, to keep the secrets of this<br />
degree whieh are about to be communicated to me, and<br />
that I will never be present and assist in eonferring of<br />
this degree on any person except it be in a regular Court<br />
of Commanders of the Temple, or by virtue of a Patent<br />
from a Supreme Council or fiom a Sovereign or Deputy<br />
U rand Inspeetor General. And in case of perjury, may<br />
