Be aware that what you see may not be the real source of the<br />

problem!<br />

Always ask: WHY?<br />

How to analyse the problem?<br />

List all the problems you see around the issue<br />

Prioritise! Identify the MAIN problem you see<br />

What are the sources of the main problem?<br />

STAKEHOLDER ANALYSIS<br />

Any individuals, groups, institutions etc that may have a relationship<br />

with the project<br />
