H.3a RESOLUTION REGARDING THE DEATH
OF MITZI JAN ROWAN
WHEREAS, the members of the Fayette County Board of Education with
deep regret learned of the passing of Mrs. Mitzi Jan Rowan,
and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Rowan has faithfully served the Fayette County Public
Schools for a period of five years, and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Rowan has directly served many students of the district
as a dedicated and conscientious Teacher, and
WHEREAS, the passing of Mrs. Rowan is a distinct loss to her family, coworkers,
and the Fayette County Public School System.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the members of the Fayette
County Board of Education hereby express their profound
feeling of loss and also their deep appreciation for all that
Mrs. Rowan meant to the school system and the community.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution be spread on the official
minutes of the Board of Education and that a copy thereof be
sent to the family of Mrs. Rowan.
Recommendation: A motion is in order to:
“adopt the Resolution regarding the death of
Mitzi Jan Rowan.”
