BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE:
The Risk Management Division is responsible for maintenance and repair of FCPS and administrative
buildings while following health and safety management practices. Maintenance and repair activities
require asbestos/lead abatement by companies experienced in and knowledgeable of removing
hazardous materials by adhering to environmental regulations and guidelines. This bid allows for
maintenance and repair work for construction projects less than $250,000.00
