BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE:<br />
The Risk Management Division is responsible for maintenance and repair <strong>of</strong> FCPS and administrative<br />
buildings while following health and safety management practices. Maintenance and repair activities<br />
require asbestos/lead abatement by companies experienced in and knowledgeable <strong>of</strong> removing<br />
hazardous materials by adhering to environmental regulations and guidelines. This bid allows for<br />
maintenance and repair work for construction projects less than $250,000.00<br />
