Insurance and other voluntary deductions for 12 month employees will be
taken on the paychecks dated July 15, 2011 through June 29, 2012.
Note: Salaries are annualized. The reporting periods listed above are used as
cut-off dates for reporting absences, docked days, overtime, and compensating
hourly substitute employees. *Overtime and other adjustments (other than base
pay) for the period of June 18 – July 1 will be reflected on the July 15, 2011
paycheck. Reporting Periods are subject to change as necessary to allow ample
processing time for holidays and other scheduled breaks.
