BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE:<br />
The Risk Management Division is responsible for renovations to <strong>Fayette</strong> <strong>County</strong> schools and<br />
administrative buildings while following health and safety management practices. Maintenance and<br />
repair activities require asbestos/lead abatement by companies experienced in and knowledgeable <strong>of</strong><br />
removing hazardous materials by adhering to environmental regulations and guidelines. This bid<br />
allows for large-scale renovations above $250,000.00.<br />
