Trichopteran species list<br />

The collected pupa from A. mortoni has been found in a karstic river at medium altitude,<br />

but other authors have collected it in siliceous waters of southern Spain (Ruiz et al.,<br />

2001).<br />

DISTRIBUTION AND ECOLOGY<br />

Southwestern European species. In the Iberian Peninsula it has been found only in the<br />

north.<br />

Larvae have been found in siliceous and pristine mountain reaches at medium and higher<br />

altitude (Vieira-Lanero, 2000), what agrees with our records.<br />

DISTRIBUTION AND ECOLOGY<br />

Southwestern European species. In the Iberian Peninsula it has been found in northern<br />

basins.<br />

S. graellsii is present in pristine mountain reaches at medium and high altitudes (Vieira-<br />

Lanero, 2000), which is coincident with our records.<br />
