Main clause in the present with a subordinate clause<br />

in the present perfect subjunctive<br />

When the main clause in the present (or present perfect) tense requires the use of the subjunctive<br />

and refers to an action that may have taken place, the verb in that subordinate clause will be in the<br />

present perfect subjunctive.<br />
