4. Click Add to add the netgroup. (If you are modifying an existing
netgroup, click OK.)
Managing netgroup membership
You can manage netgroup membership in two ways:
To configure the members of a particular group, select Netgroup in
the Network Object window drop-down list, and highlight the
group you want to configure. Then click Modify and refer to
“Configuring netgroup object” on page 5-18 for detailed
instructions.
To configure the groups for which a particular network object is a
member, see “Managing the groups to which a network object
belongs” on page 5-20.
Managing the groups to which a network object belongs
To determine which groups a network object belongs to, select the
network object you want to configure in the Network Objects
window, and then click Groups Object In. The Group Membership
window appears.
This window allows you to configure the groups to which a particular
network object belongs. The Available list displays all the available
groups. The Selected list displays the groups to which the object
currently belongs. To add/remove the network object to/from a
particular group, do the following:
To add this network object to another group, select the group in
the Available list and then click the ==>> button to move the group
to the Selected list.
