Editing the SmartFilter files E-10 Setting Up SmartFilter Services Adding a URL to one or more Control List categories To add a URL to one or more Control List categories, follow the steps below. 1. Specify a URL, site, or path. You can specify sites, parts of sites (like a directory path within a site), and individual URLs. 2. Add a space after the site, path, or URL. 3. Add a comma-delimited string of two-letter Control List category codes in which you want the entry included. For example: To restrict: Configure your entry like this: An entire site: http://www.sexstuff.com sx,os Part of a site (all URLs beginning with specified path): A single URL without blocking the rest of a site: http://www.univ.edu/compsci/~joecollege/ PICS/Girls sx,pp http://www.bigco.com/HR/jobs.html js The following table identifies the category codes to use for the corresponding Control List categories
