Creating states
2 Move your cursor above and to the right of the initial state
graphic in the Applicant modeling window and release the
mouse button.
3 Name the state Initially Qualified. Then click on the window
background to close the edit box.
Your diagram should look something like this:
4 Using the procedure in steps 1 through 3, add three more states
named Rejected, Not Interested, and Hired below the Initially
Qualified state. Then add four states named Tested, Fully
Qualified, Interviewed, and Offered in the right side of the
window
