Copying and pasting actors Your Employee Acquisition Subsystem use case diagram will use
three of the actors you created in your Employee Hiring System
diagram: HR Representative, Department Head, and Candidate. You
can copy these actors from one diagram to the other.
What you do To copy actors from the Employee Hiring System diagram to the
Employee Acquisition Subsystem diagram:
1 Open the Employee Hiring System use case diagram if it’s not
open already.
2 Select the HR Representative actor.
3 While holding down the Shift key, select the Department Head
actor and then the Candidate actor.
4 On the Edit menu, select Copy.
5 Make the Employee Acquisition Subsystem window active.
6 On the Edit menu, select Paste.
FrameWork places copies of the three actor graphics in the
Employee Acquisition Subsystem window.
7 Click on the window background to deselect the actors.
8 Click and hold on the Candidate actor. Then drag it up to the
level of the HR Representative actor and release the mouse
button.
