Using external graphics FrameWork supports the use of third-party and user-created
graphics. You can import graphics stored as Windows metafiles
(.wmf or .emf files) and then use them as icons for the objects in
your diagrams. This capability gives you great flexibility in

visually appealing, and easy to understand.

To support or supplement your models, you can create links
between KnowledgeBase objects and documents you create using
other applications. Once you create such a link, you can open the
document in its own application from within FrameWork. You can
use this feature, for example, to link a class or operation in
FrameWork with a Microsoft Word or video file that further
documents it.
Verifying models FrameWork includes a testing capability that allows you to verify
that your models correctly represent your application processes.
With this capability, you create samples of the objects in your
classes and run them through the processes you’ve modeled,
checking for expected and unexpected outcomes. Testing your
models can help ensure the success of your application designs.
Creating your own forms FrameWork forms are an integral part of the tools you use to build
and verify your models. FrameWork comes with a set of forms that
allows you to view information about all types of objects. With
Enterprise FrameWork Professional, you can create new forms, so
you can add, modify, and view information in the way that best
meets your needs.
