KUALA LUMPUR SENTRAL DEVELOPMENT<br />
On-going Developments At Kuala Lumpur Sentral<br />
Lot A: Menara CIMB<br />
MRCB L<strong>and</strong> is currently working on <strong>the</strong> construction of Lot A, <strong>the</strong><br />
new corporate headquarters of CIMB Investment Bank. Works<br />
began in 2009 <strong>and</strong> is progressing as scheduled.<br />
A prime lot within <strong>the</strong> Kuala Lumpur Sentral development,<br />
Menara CIMB faces <strong>the</strong> exclusive Federal Hill, Bangsar <strong>and</strong><br />
Damansara neighbourhoods. It was acquired by Lot A Sentral<br />
Sdn Bhd (LASSB), a joint-venture company between Maple<br />
Dextra Pte Ltd <strong>and</strong> CMREF1.<br />
Lot A, has a GFA of 834,000 sq. ft. <strong>and</strong> a GDV of RM402 million.<br />
Once completed in 2012, this new offi ce tower will bring a<br />
major fi nancial institution to Kuala Lumpur Sentral, <strong>and</strong> will act<br />
as <strong>the</strong> anchor for <strong>the</strong> development of a new fi nancial hub for<br />
Kuala Lumpur.<br />
Menara CIMB<br />
Lot B: Q Sentral<br />
Q Sentral is a state-of-<strong>the</strong>-art 45-storey Grade A strata offi ce<br />
tower that is destined to be an iconic l<strong>and</strong>mark in <strong>the</strong> Kuala<br />
Lumpur skyline. The word “Q” is derived from <strong>the</strong> Chinese<br />
concept of Qi, <strong>the</strong> life force that governs all that is around us.<br />
Like its namesake, Q Sentral is a cohesive entity that brings an<br />
unrivalled global connectivity that no o<strong>the</strong>r business address in<br />
Kuala Lumpur can boast.<br />
Distinctively divided into two zones; every fl oor of Q Sentral<br />
including <strong>the</strong> spacious High Zone offi ces on Level 35 to Level 42<br />
<strong>and</strong> stratifi ed smaller units in <strong>the</strong> Low Zone offi ces from Level<br />
13A to Level 33, overlook both Perdana Lake Gardens, Malaysia’s<br />
largest park <strong>and</strong> Kuala Lumpur’s spectacular skyline.<br />
The High Zone Offi ces range from 32,000 – 40,000 sq.ft. per<br />
fl oor. With an estimated GDV of RM1.2 billion, Q Sentral is a joint<br />
partnership development between MRCB <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong> Quill Group<br />
of Companies.<br />
Since its launch in September, sales of more than RM772 million<br />
have been achieved. Q Sentral is targeted for completion by end<br />
2014 <strong>and</strong> will be an important component in <strong>the</strong> realisation of<br />
<strong>the</strong> overall vision of Kuala Lumpur Sentral.
