Conceptualised as a high-end, low density development amidst<br />
lush greenery, BSI Phase 2 will continue to contribute immensely<br />
to <strong>the</strong> economic transformation of <strong>the</strong> area.<br />
In line with it being an integrated township <strong>and</strong> providing<br />
facilities to <strong>the</strong> residents of BSI, <strong>the</strong> Ministry of Education has<br />
completed <strong>the</strong> construction of a primary school which is already<br />
in operation since June 2010. SIDEC has now embarked to secure<br />
support from <strong>the</strong> Ministry of Education to plan a secondary<br />
school, going forward.<br />
As a balanced <strong>and</strong> integrated development with a perfect<br />
mix of residential, commercial <strong>and</strong> industrial elements, BSI is<br />
ideally positioned as a self-sustained township by MRCB, which<br />
is spearheading <strong>the</strong> socio-economic development of central<br />
Perak by promoting community living <strong>and</strong> creating value for its<br />
stakeholders.<br />
Taman Kajang Utama<br />
MRCB Utama Sdn Bhd (MRCB Utama), a wholly-owned<br />
subsidiary of <strong>the</strong> Group, is completing <strong>the</strong> development of Taman<br />
Kajang Utama, a matured township of 300 acres consisting of<br />
freehold commercial, residential <strong>and</strong> industrial components,<br />
offering connectivity <strong>and</strong> accessibility to a population of over<br />
20,000. In close proximity to various public amenities, this<br />
mixed development offers a perfect environment for family<br />
living which will transform <strong>the</strong> lifestyles of communities in <strong>the</strong><br />
surrounding areas.<br />
This development is strategically located in Kajang, Selangor. It<br />
is accessible to highways via <strong>the</strong> North-South Highway, Cheras<br />
Highway <strong>and</strong> SILK Highway. Residents are able to travel to<br />
Kajang, Sungai Besi, Cheras, Bangi, Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya <strong>and</strong><br />

Senawang Sentral Business Park<br />
Senawang Sentral Business Park in Negeri Sembilan is a unique<br />

located next to Tampin main road, this development offers an<br />
opportunity for Small & Medium Enterprises (SME) to invest in<br />

This development comprises 144 units of 1 1/2 –storey terrace<br />

launching. The construction works were completed <strong>and</strong> h<strong>and</strong>ed<br />
over to <strong>the</strong> purchasers in July 2011 ahead of schedule.<br />
Phase 2B comprises 30 units of terraced factory <strong>and</strong> 10 units of<br />
two-storey shop offi ces which were launched in August 2010<br />
<strong>and</strong> are 95% sold to-date. The development is currently in <strong>the</strong><br />
process of procuring its Certifi cate of Fitness from <strong>the</strong> relevant<br />
local authorities before h<strong>and</strong>ing over, targeted by June 2012.<br />
The last phase of terraced factory (Phase 1C) was fully sold<br />
in July 2011. Construction works are in progress <strong>and</strong> targeted<br />
completion by end 2012. Phase 3 of semi-detached factory is<br />
targeted to be launched in April 2012.<br />
