A second type of data display is used <strong>for</strong> continuous variables. This includes <strong>the</strong> sample size, <strong>the</strong><br />
count of students who were not administered <strong>the</strong> question, <strong>the</strong> count of those who did not<br />
respond, <strong>the</strong> count of those to whom <strong>the</strong> question did not apply, <strong>the</strong> mean, mode, minimum,<br />
maximum, <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong> 5th, 10th, 25th, 50th, 75th, 90th, <strong>and</strong> 95th percentiles. An example of a<br />
continuous variable almanac display is shown in Figure 7.3.<br />
