This case arose by complaint of European Trade Specialists Inc<br />

hereinafter on European behalfof itself as shipper and on behalf of<br />

its consignee Kunzle Tasin hereinafter KT alleging violation of<br />

sections of the Shipping Act <strong>19</strong>16 the Act by<br />

Prudential Grace<br />

Prudential and by The Hipage Co Hipage Complainant s freight<br />

fOIwarder The Complainant alleged in summary that Prudential had<br />

violated sections 16 17 and 18 b of the Act and that Hipage had violated<br />

sections 16 and 17 ofthe Act<br />

The claim in this case results from an alleged overcharge by Prudential<br />
