by Paolo Caronni, a 2-page address (pp. III-IV) to the associati <strong>of</strong> the Società<br />
Tipografica, in which the editor praises Leonardo Nardini‟s „splendida e nitidissima<br />
[edizione] di Londra‟ <strong>of</strong> 1800, and a 9-page life <strong>of</strong> Guarini drawn from Tiraboschi<br />
(pp. V-XIII). The annotations are Guarini‟s own and are taken from Ciotti‟s editions<br />
<strong>of</strong> 1602. Errata on recto <strong>of</strong> final unnumbered leaf.<br />
