1. Acted as Officer In-Charge, Research Station, HPKV, Akrot (Una) during Aug., 1998.
2. Acted as In-charge of Govt. of India scheme on “Production and Utilization of Blue
Green Algae”, for six years (1986-92) while at Research Station, HPKV, Akrot (Una).
3. Have acted as the Warden, University's Dhauladhar Under Graduate Hostel since during
1998-2001 (3.5 years).
4. Have officiated as the Warden, Post Graduate Hostel many times since during 1998-
2001.
5. Helped organize North Zone, Inter-Zonal, Inter university Volley-ball Tournaments, 15th
Annual Athletic Meet, HPKV in 1998-99 by serving on various committees.
6. Acted as Farm In-charge, Laboratory In-charge, Library In-charge, In-charge
Observatory while posted at the Research Station, HPKV, Akrot (Una).
7. Served on advisory committee of one Ph.D. (Agronomy) and two M.Sc. (Agronomy)
students.
8. Acted as Advisor to 8 under-graduate (B.Sc. Agri.) students during 1993-96 till the
completion of their degree programmes.
9. Acted as Advisor to 9 under-graduate (B.Sc. Agri.) students during 2001-04 till the
completion of their degree programmes.
10. Acted as a member of Departmental Quotations Committee, Extension Affairs
Committee and Academic Affairs Committee.
11. Served as the Treasurer of Palampur Chapter, Indian Society of Soil Science during
1994-96.
12. Conducted Educational Tour to South India in respect of B.Sc. Agri. Final Year Students
(Jan. 2001) as Tour In-charge. The students have rated the tour as, “Excellent”.
13. Conducted Educational Tour to North India in respect of B.Sc. Agri. 2nd Year Students
(Jan., 2002) as Tour In-charge. The students have rated the tour as, “Outstanding”.
14. Served as a member of Co-ordinating Unit (representing College of
Agriculture) of the Counselling and Placement Cell of the CSK HPKV,
Palampur (2001).
15. Served as Chairman of Research Advisory Committee of the Soil Science
Dept., CSK HPKV, Palampur since 2008.
