49. Attended Workshop on, “Awareness about Raising and Data Dissemination under
Hydrology Project (GOI) phase-II on Jan. 6, 2009 at Dharamsala (HP).
50. Attended International Conference on Post-Harvest Technology and Value Addition in
Cereals, Pulses and Oilseeds (Nov. 27-30, 2006) at the CSAUAT, Kanpur. Chaired the
inaugural and closing functions. Also addressed the delegates.
51. Attended 1 st Indian Agril. Scienists’, Farmers Congress (Oct. 3-4, 2009) at CCS Univ.,
Meerut, chaired a technical session, presided over the valedictory function and presented
a lead paper.
52. Attended the All India Seminar on Watershed Management and Efficient Micro-Irrigation
in Mountainous Indian Himalayas (Dehdradun, Oct. 24-25, 2009), chaired Technical
Session-II and also presented a lead paper.
53. Co-chaired Technical Session on, “Public Private Partnership for Food Security (Feb. 19,
2010) during International Conference on Role of Biomolecuels in Food Security and
Health Improvement, BHU, Varanasi (Feb. 17-20, 2010). Also presented a lead paper.
54. Attended one day Distt. Level workshop on watershed development organized by the
KVK CSKHPKV, Sundernagar (16-01-2010) and delivered a lecture on water management
with focus on High Tech Pressured Irrigation Systems.
55. Attended the Two Day state Level Workshop of the KVKs ( June 24 & 25, 2011) at the
DEE at Palampur and took an active part.
56. Attended a meeting (16-7-09) i.e. Workshop on Education of Stakeholders and Civil
Society Organization on Water Harvesting & Water Conservation at Jal Bhawan, New
Delhi under the chairmanship of the Joint Secretary, Ministry of Water Resources, GOI
and expressed views. The meeting was arranged by India Water Foundation. I was one
of the invitees.
