Assessing the Relationship between Leadership and Conflict Management Styles

I. Introduction
Leadership style plays an important role in shaping the
behaviour and attitudes of employees in an organization. In recent
years the study of leadership has drawn attention due to its role
in the failure or success of an organization. Several studies have
focused on investigating the role of leadership in developed
countries. However, relatively little is known about the prevailing
leadership styles in developing countries. The next section
attempts to enhance the understanding of different leadership
styles as introduced by Blake and Mouton 1964.
