The submission <strong>of</strong> this MESPA concludes the Phases 1 and 2 <strong>of</strong> the Municipal Class EA<br />
process. Where projects are identified as subject to Schedule C <strong>of</strong> the MEA Class EA, a<br />
Notice <strong>of</strong> Study Completion will be issued together with the publication <strong>of</strong> future<br />
Environmental Study Reports addressing Phases 3 and 4 <strong>of</strong> the MEA Class EA. The<br />
date <strong>of</strong> the Notice will be the start <strong>of</strong> a public review period for thirty (30) calendar days.<br />
During this 30 day period, the public will be provided with the opportunity to review and<br />
provide comments on the arterial and collector roads identified as subject to Schedule C<br />
<strong>of</strong> the MEA Class EA and listed in this MESPA Report and the Phases 3 and 4 reports to<br />
be prepared in the future.<br />
9.2 PROJECTS SUBJECT TO THE MUNICIPAL CLASS EA<br />
The Seaton Landowners Group is the proponent for the arterial and collector roads and<br />
the stormwater management facilities being constructed for the Seaton development.<br />
Only projects which are listed in Schedule C <strong>of</strong> the Municipal Class EA, 2000, as<br />
amended 2007, are required to comply with the full Class EA planning process when<br />
they are carried out by private sector developers such as the Seaton Landowners.<br />
