Solaris System Information Commands The following Solaris commands display data that you can use when assessing the condition of a Sun Fire V445 server: ■ prtconf ■ prtdiag ■ prtfru ■ psrinfo ■ showrev This section describes the information these commands give you. Using the prtconf Command The prtconf command displays the Solaris device tree. This tree includes all the devices probed by OpenBoot firmware, as well as additional devices, like individual disks. The output of prtconf also includes the total amount of system memory. shows an excerpt of prtconf output (truncated to save space). The prtconf command -p option produces output similar to the OpenBoot show-devs command. This output lists only those devices compiled by the system firmware.
