2. Your company has implemented two unique<br />
CSR schemes: “Operation Jyoti and Girl<br />
Child Promotion”. The beneficiaries for<br />
Operation Jyoti is as under :<br />

3. As per MOU with Coal India, under CSR<br />
activities, CSR Dispensary and Mobile<br />
Medical Van were to be started. Total<br />
number of 14 CSR dispensaries have<br />
already started functioning and total number<br />
of patients seen in these dispensaries are<br />
3700. Nine Mobile Medical Vans are already<br />
in operation in different areas of your<br />
Company and the beneficiaries are 24624.<br />
4. Patient Satisfaction Index (PSI) was<br />
introduced as a measure of Performance<br />
Indicator Monitoring System (PIMS) and<br />
Quality Level Service System (QLSS). It is<br />
being done on a quarterly basis and based<br />
on the result of the survey, remedial<br />
measures have been taken to improve the<br />
relevant indicator.<br />
5. Training of doctors and Para Medical Staff<br />
are being done on a regular basis. Total<br />
number of Doctors trained both In-<br />
Company and Outside is 138 and the<br />
number of Paramedicals trained is 160.<br />
One of the main objectives of the<br />
Management of your company is to make Medical<br />
Plan a strategic role in the overall HRD policy of<br />

the Company for attracting and retaining<br />
employees as well as taking the society in and<br />
around the command areas on board.<br />
18. SPORTS & GAMES<br />
Your company encourages sports activities<br />
amongst its employees and conducts different<br />
tournaments and sports meets :<br />
(i) All the Inter Area Sports Meet have<br />
been successfully organized during<br />
the fiscal as per the sports calendar.<br />
(ii) 20 employees of the Company<br />
assisted the National Games<br />
authorities in organizing the 34th<br />
National Games held at Ranchi during<br />
the month of February 20<strong>11</strong>.<br />
{iii) Coaching Camp/Combined practice is<br />
being organized for the <strong>CCL</strong> team<br />
before participating in the CIL<br />
competitions.<br />
