I could demonstrate what follows in (this) article through the words of the learned among
the forbearers, such as Ibn al-Qayyim and Ibn Taymiyya; however, what is the benefit of that
if the minds of the people do not perceive (this truth) without (hearing) the statements of
those learned individuals?

— The goals of others may have the goals that are sanctioned in our religion mixed with
goals that are not sanctioned in our religion. Hence, the universal laws which make their
goals a reality are mixed with what is permissible and what is not permissible.
