Boomerang<br />
Water Feature<br />
The traditional hunting<br />
boomerang is a strong<br />
sy<strong>mb</strong>ol of Australia’s<br />
indigenous history and<br />
culture. The bright blue<br />
water reflects the blue<br />
sky of outback Australia<br />
and contrasts vividly<br />
with the red sand.<br />
Salt Sculpture<br />
The white granite forms<br />
within the red sand are<br />
inspired by the salt<br />
encrusted lake beds<br />
of arid Australia.<br />
Waterhole<br />
Each band represents<br />
a different sedimentary<br />
layer, sy<strong>mb</strong>olic of an<br />
outback waterhole.<br />
