Students who do not wish such information released without their consent need to notify the
Registrar’s Office in person and in writing prior to the end of the first week of classes.
ACADEMIC PROGRESS
In order for a student to make Academic Progress for Academic purposes, the student must
maintain a certain cumulative grade point average (GPA) at Victory University for their
classification.

The Minimum Cumulative Victory University GPA is calculated by dividing the total number of
quality points (i.e., grades) by the total semester hours attempted by the student at Victory
University.
Audit courses are not included in any calculations.
An evaluation of the student’s Academic Progress is performed three times a year—at the
conclusion of Fall, and Spring and Summer. Probationary students are also evaluated after the
completion of initial twelve credit hours.
Failure to Maintain Academic Progress
If, upon evaluation of a student’s academic progress, the student does not meet the minimum
GPA standards as defined above, the student is notified by official letter stating the status of
