LOCATIONS & HOURS
Victory’s School Certifying Official is located within the Registrar’s Office. Hours of operation
are posted on the institution’s website.
MISSION
The mission of Veterans Services is to assist eligible National Guard/Reserves, veterans, their
spouses, and/or their dependents that are accepted at Victory University and make application
to receive Veterans’ Affairs (V.A.) benefits while showing satisfactory academic progress toward
completion of the degree specified.
VETERANS ASSISTANCE
Courses at Victory University are approved for veterans’ training for all veterans who qualify.
Once officially accepted by the University, students should contact their nearest V.A. office and
apply for a Certificate of Eligibility. Children, ages 18 to 23, of war veterans who died in service
may be eligible for up to 36 months of educational benefits under Public Law 634.
APPLICATION FOR V.A. BENEFITS
Anyone who is eligible to receive V.A. education assistance while enrolled at Victory should
contact the School Certifying Official in the Registrar’s Office. The student will be asked to
submit the following document(s), as applicable to the individual student:
• Copy of the DD214 or other armed forces separation papers,
• Copy of Delayed Enlistment Contract,
• Copy of each child’s birth certificate and a copy of the student’s marriage license,
• Copy of final divorce decree if either veteran or spouse has been previously married,
• V.A. file number if benefits have been used previously,
• Letter of eligibility or documentation of Chapter.
