• The Applicant’s plan for future academic success at VU
Students who are granted a probationary acceptance will be placed on academic probation and
allowed to register for a maximum of twelve (12) credit hours. Probationary students will also
receive an Academic Plan along with their acceptance letter which provides conditions of
acceptance as well as conditions to remain eligible for financial aid. At the completion of the
twelfth credit hour, students will be reviewed to determine if the academic probation will be
lifted or if they will be dismissed from the university.
Failure to progress according to the Academic Plan provided at the time of acceptance may
jeopardize a student’s ability to register for subsequent courses as well as his or her eligibility to
receive financial aid at Victory University.
CLEARANCE TO REGISTER AS A STUDENT
Before accepted students will be cleared to register, they must submit the following
information to Admissions:
1. Documentation of proof of immunizations as directed by the State of Tennessee.
(Online learners living outside the state of Tennessee are exempt from proof of
immunization).
2. Disclosure of Transferability of Credits as directed by the Tennessee Higher
Education Commission.
3. Enrollment Contract as directed by the Tennessee Higher Education Commission.
4. Additional items and information requested by Admissions.
