documents. Additionally, an applicant cannot be reviewed for regular admission to
Victory University until all official score reports (along with other items listed within the
International Admissions section) is received.
4. Proof of financial responsibility: Prospective international students who wish to attend
courses at the campus must submit financial proof for one academic year’s expenses.
This amount will be determined during the admissions process for each individual
student and includes, but is not limited to, tuition, housing, books, insurance and living
expenses.
5. Proof of health insurance: International students attending classes at Victory
University’s main campus are required to submit proof of health insurance that will
cover them for a minimum of twelve months while studying in the United States.
6. Additional items and information requested by the Office of Admissions.
Other items, such as a personal essay or an admissions committee interview, may be
requested prior to registration.
An international applicant cannot be reviewed for acceptance and will not be issued an I-20
until ALL of the application requirements are completed to the satisfaction of Admissions at
Victory University.
All international students will be asked to complete the Accuplacer Assessment prior to the first
day of class in order to ensure proper placement in Math and English classes.
INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS – For ONLINE LEARNERS THROUGH
THE CARIBBEAN EXAMINATIONS COUNCIL
Victory University welcomes International students from the Caribbean and other partners
associated with the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC). Online international students are
welcome to apply for admission to Victory University.
Prospective International students having received their high school equivalency through the
CXC must submit the following in order to be reviewed for acceptance to Victory University:
1. Application: An application may be submitted by logging on to the Victory University
website and completing the online application or by submitting a paper application to
Admissions.
2. Final Official Transcript: Official copies (in lieu of official copies we will accept notarized
copies of unofficial documents from the Caribbean Examinations Council) received from
the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) must be in English and approved by
