Transient Student Requirements
Students working towards a degree at another U.S. college or university are welcome to attend
Victory University as a Transient student provided the following conditions are met:
1. Application: An application may be submitted by logging on to the Victory University
website and completing the online application or by submitting a paper application to
Admissions.
2. Transcript from current institution: Official transcripts may be received by mail directly
from the previous institution to Victory University’s Admissions Office, or Victory will
accept approved electronic transcripts from institutions participating in Script-Safe. All
Script-Safe transcripts must be sent directly to the Registrar.
Additional proof of academic eligibility may be requested in order to register for a class
with pre-requisites.
For immediate admissions consideration, Transient Students should provide their
Enrollment Advisor with an unofficial copy of the current transcript which reflects proof
of good standing at the home institution. Official transcripts, however, are still required
by the institution for all students entering Victory University. No transcripts will be
released until the student has been fully admitted.
3. Additional items and information as requested by Admissions.
Transient students who are receiving Financial Aid from their home institution are not
eligible to receive Financial Aid from Victory University. Payment arrangements must be
made with the Business Office prior to the student’s first day of class.
SPECIAL CATEGORIES OF ACCEPTANCE
PROVISIONAL ACCEPTANCE
Students applying to Victory University who submit all documents for admissions with the
exception of official transcript(s) prior to their start date may apply for Provisional Admissions.
Unofficial transcripts from previous institutions should be made available during the admissions
process in order to evaluate past academic success and ensure that students are placed in the
correct classes once admitted. Failure to provide unofficial documents during the Admissions
process prohibits the institution from assisting students fully with their financial aid and
