Rewards program that allows employees<br />
to earn funds for taking part in various<br />
wellness programs and engaging in healthy<br />
activities, such as obtaining preventive care<br />
screenings or taking a wellness assessment.<br />
In <strong>2011</strong>, over 78,400 employees earned<br />
more than $7 million in rewards.<br />
Health & Wellness Centers in the U.S.<br />
Access to healthcare is also a priority, and<br />
<strong>JPMorgan</strong> <strong>Chase</strong> is making it easier than<br />
ever for employees to meet their acute/<br />
urgent health needs by providing on-site<br />
Health & Wellness Centers. At the end of<br />
<strong>2011</strong>, there were 22 on-site Health & Wellness<br />
Centers at locations across the U.S., and<br />
an additional seven centers are scheduled<br />
to open by the end of 2012. Nurses are<br />
available at each center and physicians are<br />
being added. The Health & Wellness Centers<br />
offer free wellness screenings, flu shots and<br />
JPMORGAN CHASE & CO.<br />
consultations. Employees without access<br />
to an on-site Health & Wellness Center can<br />
take advantage of periodic on-site wellness<br />
screenings and flu shots. In addition, the firm<br />
enables employees to obtain free wellness<br />
screenings and flu shots through local<br />
medical labs and, for those enrolled in our<br />
medical plan, their personal physicians.<br />
In <strong>2011</strong>, over 51,000 employees received<br />
a wellness screening on site and an<br />
additional 12,000 screenings were<br />
administered through doctor offices and<br />
labs, including screenings for spouses and<br />
domestic partners. Our on-site centers<br />
also administered 41,000 on-site flu shots.<br />
‘My Health’<br />
To provide U.S. employees with easy access to<br />
health and wellness information and resources,<br />
we created a new web portal called My Health.<br />
The site is accessible to our employees from<br />
both work and home. In addition, we distribute<br />
health and wellness communications on a<br />
regular basis and offer webinars on different<br />
wellness topics monthly.<br />
In <strong>2011</strong>, <strong>JPMorgan</strong> <strong>Chase</strong> conducted<br />
Learning Days at over 29 sites across the<br />
country to help educate employees on a<br />
new medical plan that launched in 2012.<br />
Approximately 46,000 employees attended<br />
the Learning Days.<br />
Wellness Activities Outside the U.S.<br />
Wellness is a focus worldwide, and we offer<br />
wellness screenings, assessments and flu<br />
shots across all regions. In <strong>2011</strong>, in the U.K.<br />
alone, over 2,800 employees received flu<br />
shots and over 4,000 completed wellness<br />
assessments. Wellness webinars are also<br />
offered regionally. In addition, on-site Health<br />
& Wellness Centers and/or access to on-site<br />
doctors are available in the Philippines, the<br />
U.K. and India.<br />
SAVING FOR THE FUTURE<br />
Our employees often seek assistance<br />
in saving and planning for retirement,<br />
and we offer different opportunities and<br />
tools to help them. We automatically<br />
enroll newly hired U.S. employees in<br />
the 401(k) Savings Plan. After a year<br />
of service, the firm matches 401(k)<br />
contributions dollar for dollar up<br />
to 5% for employees making less<br />
than $250,000 in total annual cash<br />
compensation. The firm also continues<br />
to offer pension benefits to our employees,
