Give each student a copy <strong>of</strong> Master 0.1, Sleep Diary, and<br />

Master 0.2, Recording Bedtimes and Wake Times.<br />

• Explain to the class how sleep diaries are used and<br />

how they will fill out one <strong>of</strong> their own.<br />

Give each student a copy <strong>of</strong> Master 0.3, Sleepiness Scale.<br />

• Explain to the class how the sleepiness scale is used<br />

and how they will use it in their sleep diary.<br />

and when they should be performed.<br />
