Figure 8.2 in Chapter 8 is based on Figure 7.2
and on the regression shown here in Table 8.6.
The unit of analysis is an adult in Denmark. Data
are available on by far most adults participating
in our surveys in the years 2003-08, except that
the questions about training were asked only in
2008. Therefore I regressed on the independendent
variables including training using only
the data for 2008 and I regressed on the independent
variables excluding training using the
data for 2003-08. Tables 7.8 and 7.9 show the
