A detailed description of the principles of the remuneration<br />

system for the members of the Board of Managing Directors and<br />

members of the Supervisory Board is provided in the remuneration<br />

Excluding the interest rate-adjusted change in the net present<br />

value of pension entitlements included in the calculation of<br />

pension liabilities, the total remuneration of the members of<br />

the Board of Managing Directors and Supervisory Board was<br />
