We distinguish loans from claims on banks and customers such
that only claims for which a special loan agreement has been
concluded with the borrower are shown as loans. Interbank
money market transactions and reverse repo transactions, for
example, are thus not shown as loans. Acceptance credits are
also included in loans to customers.
