Criminal Justice Administration<br />
The Criminal Justice Administration major is designed for the working adult. The program<br />
features the development of skills in professional leadership and administration, and prepares<br />
students for mid-level management positions in Criminal Justice systems. In addition<br />
to an Orientation session, the program features 15 courses, including Writing the Critical<br />
Analysis, Research Methods, and the Senior Project. Up to 30 credit hours of the degree<br />
may be earned through credit for Prior Learning. In May ‘01, the CJA major was revised<br />
and aligned with the standards of quality set by the national Academy of Criminal Justice<br />
Sciences for baccalaureate programs.\\<br />
