BUS356 Organizational Behavior credits: 3<br />
This course introduces the student to the study and analysis of behavior in organizations as<br />
it relates to the practice of management. Interdisciplinary in nature, through this course the<br />
student will gain knowledge and understanding of group dynamics and Decision Making,<br />
managing diversity, conflict resolution, leading change, and organizational culture and<br />
effectiveness. Emphasis is placed on understanding individual behavior within group and<br />

This course details the planning, coordination, and execution of activities that create goods<br />
and services. Students will gain knowledge of the methods for designing and improving<br />

goods and services to customers. Topics include enterprise resource planning, forecasting,<br />
facility layout, inventory management, lean manufacturing, and total quality control.<br />
