Required Courses<br />

In order to complete the Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and<br />

Administration, the student must complete a minimum of 33 semester hours of credit<br />

beyond the bachelor’s degree with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0<br />

scale. Individual courses will be credited toward degree requirements only when completed<br />

with a grade of B- or better. The degree is offered in eleven courses; most are eight weeks in<br />

length, totaling 33 credit hours.<br />

Official Records & Release of Information<br />

Official records are those records or files which directly relate to a student and are maintained<br />

by the college in accordance with policies and procedures stipulated in the Faculty<br />

Handbook. The official records of students are considered confidential information and, as<br />

such, shall be kept private from third parties. Every student in attendance, or who has been<br />

in attendance, has the right to inspect and review his/her official records. <strong>Concordia</strong> stipulates<br />
