1. COMMON PHASE CONNECTION MUST BE INSULATED
FROM THE SOCKET.
On Three Phase Delta only A & C phases are bypassed; B phase is
always energized and 5th terminal permanently attached at 6 o’clock
position.
2. Drain hole in the bottom of meter socket must be punched out.
3. A manual, single handled bar with locking jaw bypass and safety arc
shield is required.
4. 5th Terminal located at 6 o’clock.
