unwarranted conclusion to draw.

Standard Milk Ordinance have already
availed themselves of the services the
State Board of Health is prepared to
render in milk sanitation to any city
that requests it, and may adopt the
Standard Milk Ordinance when local
conditions seem to render such a step
advisable.
