1.Ongoing communication between staff takes place to ensure all staff are aware of
issues/news/initiatives/ programs/community updates.
Issues brought forward through informal staff discussions are addressed.
Ongoing communication takes place to ensure changes to the environment and
atmosphere are made when necessary.
Staff support each other during times of changes.

Staff always have the opportunity to discuss situations with each other/Supervisor before
