Council Decision 389
That the application for demolition <strong>of</strong> three dwelling houses and construction <strong>of</strong> a 3 storey
apartment building comprising 24 units, 33 carparking spaces and landscaping at Lot B, DP
341705, Lot B, DP 347940 and Lot B, DP 395640, Nos 19-23 Waine Street, Harbord, be
approved subject to the following conditions:-
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Development being generally in accordance with plans numbered 1121.DA01 to 1121-
DA09, Revision D, dated October 2001, Revised 2.4.2002, submitted 2.4.2002 as
modified by any conditions <strong>of</strong> this consent/approval. (C1)
2. Compliance with Building Code <strong>of</strong> Australia
a. All building work must be carried out in accordance with the provisions <strong>of</strong> the
Building Code <strong>of</strong> Australia.
b. This clause does not apply to the extent to which an exemption is in force under
Clause 80H or 80I, subject to the terms <strong>of</strong> any condition or requirement referred to
in Clause 80H (6) or 80I (4). (C375)
3. Payment <strong>of</strong> the Long Service Leave Levy is required prior to the release <strong>of</strong> the
Construction Certificate. This payment can be made at Council or to the Long Services
Payments Corporation. This payment is not required where the value <strong>of</strong> the works is
less than $25,000. (C3)
