1979, as amended, Appendix A – Locality A3 “Terrey Hills Village” <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> Warringah<br />
Local Envir<strong>on</strong>mental Plan 2000 and Schedule 7 <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> Warringah Local Envir<strong>on</strong>mental<br />
Plan 2000, the proposal does not comply with the maximum housing density <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> 1<br />
dwelling per 600m². In this regard, the housing density is 1 dwelling per 547m².<br />
