That this Council resolve to:-
1. Note the following petition, as reprinted below, submitted to Council from 77
concerned residents:
Re: Modification <strong>of</strong> Development Consent No. 97/49NMI to modify consent
conditions and construction <strong>of</strong> fence at No. 13A Mavor Crescent, Frenchs
Forest
We the undersigned:
1. Understand and that the Right <strong>of</strong> Way in question forms part <strong>of</strong> the
property <strong>of</strong> 13A Mavor Crescent.
We the undersigned <strong>of</strong>fer the following submission to support the <strong>council</strong>’s
refusal <strong>of</strong> the above application to fence <strong>of</strong>f the “Right <strong>of</strong> Carriageway”
between Mavor Crescent and Warringah Road for the following reasons:
1. This carriageway has been used for the past 20 years (at least) by school
children and adult residents in the Mavor Crescent, Maxwell Parade,
