solar reflecti<strong>on</strong>s to neighbouring properties. The metal ro<str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> shall not be <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> light<br />
colours such as <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g>f white, cream, silver or light grey colours. (C305)<br />

Failure to comply with this c<strong>on</strong>diti<strong>on</strong> <strong>may</strong> result in Council taking acti<strong>on</strong> to remove<br />
the <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g>fending items from the public reserve, and all costs incurred by Council will be<br />

<strong>21</strong>. All demoliti<strong>on</strong> work shall be carried out in a safe and resp<strong>on</strong>sible manner, with<br />
minimal harm to the surrounding natural envir<strong>on</strong>ment under the supervisi<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> a<br />
licensed c<strong>on</strong>tractor, and within the boundaries <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the private property. (C524)<br />
