Minutes <strong>of</strong> Local Approvals Committee Meeting on 21 May 2002
NOTE 2: The original Motion moved by Cr Jones to the effect:
“That the application be approved subject to:
1. Ro<strong>of</strong>ing over the pergola be removed on deck.
2. The deck to be reduced by 500mm.
3. The gable on the proposed addition to the rear <strong>of</strong> the application be
changed to a hip design.
4. The balustrading to the deck to be <strong>of</strong> the minimum standard height and
be smoked glass infill.
5. The existing garage to be reduced in length to align that <strong>of</strong> the existing
laundry.
6. Demolish the lean too at the north east corner <strong>of</strong> the allotment.
and referred back to the Development Unit for the attachment <strong>of</strong> the
appropriate conditions under delegated authority by the General Manager.”
LAPSED for want <strong>of</strong> a seconder.
