A. NOTICE OF MOTION TO RESCIND RESOLUTION<br />

“That the Council’s Resoluti<strong>on</strong> relating to Item 5.1, Warringah Residential Strategy and<br />

Potential SEPP5 Exempti<strong>on</strong>, BP Ref A1-11, passed at the <str<strong>on</strong>g>meeting</str<strong>on</strong>g> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the Council <str<strong>on</strong>g>held</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>on</strong><br />

7 May 2002 and as printed below:<br />

1. That Council note this report and the attached corresp<strong>on</strong>dence from PlanningNSW<br />

dated 22 March 2002.<br />

2. That Council resolve to endorse seeking an exempti<strong>on</strong> to the provisi<strong>on</strong>s SEPP5<br />

through a revised RDS.<br />

3. That Council resolve to write to PlanningNSW seeking withdrawal <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the present<br />

revised RDS before c<strong>on</strong>sidered by the Minister’s Residential Strategies Advisory<br />

Committee.<br />
