Crs Smith and Forrest moved the following Motion:
A. NOTICE OF MOTION TO RESCIND RESOLUTION
“That the Council’s Resolution relating to Item 5.1, Warringah Residential Strategy and
Potential SEPP5 Exemption, BP Ref A1-11, passed at the <strong>meeting</strong> <strong>of</strong> the Council <strong>held</strong> on
7 May 2002 and as printed below:
1. That Council note this report and the attached correspondence from PlanningNSW
dated 22 March 2002.
2. That Council resolve to endorse seeking an exemption to the provisions SEPP5
through a revised RDS.
3. That Council resolve to write to PlanningNSW seeking withdrawal <strong>of</strong> the present
revised RDS before considered by the Minister’s Residential Strategies Advisory
Committee.
